Order Processing
We aim to process your order within 5-7 business days. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive an email with tracking details.


Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn or unused, with tags attached.
  • In the same condition as received and in the original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items).
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products).
  • Items purchased using a fundraiser code.
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
  • Sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item after your return is accepted. This ensures the fastest processing time.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, with no justification required. Items must be unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
