Order Processing
We aim to process your order within 5-7 business days. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive an email with tracking details.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original condition. Upon return, we’ll issue a full refund minus the shipping costs for the return.

If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us at info@hellogliss.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We handle these situations on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to provide a satisfactory resolution.
